Since its creation in 1991 Pernat Technologies has experienced strong and continuing growth, reflecting its expertise and the added-value provided to its customers.

Developments since 1991

1991

  • Demerger of Auto Déco and the creation of Joseph Dumont SA
  • Lease of a 600m² factory in Scionzier
  • 1992 turnover: 8 million francs for 15 employees

1994

  • Relocation to Marnaz
  • Lease of a 1000m² building
  • 1995 turnover: 14 million francs for 18 employees

1998

  • Construction of our current factory
  • 2250m² building
  • 1998 turnover: 22 million francs for 26 employees

2002

  • Creation of the Usirom subsidiary in Romania
  • Lease of a 800m² factory in Orastie
  • 4 CNC machines

2010

  • Relocation of the Romanian subsidiary Usirom
  • Lease of the current 1200m² plant in Orastie
  • 13 CNC machines

2013

  • A new name for the company bringing both Joseph Dumont and Usirom under the Dumont Technologies banner
  • 32 CNC machines
  • 2013 turnover: € 6M for 60 employees

2014

  • Acquisition of Dumont Technologies Group by Pernat Industrie
  • 70 employees
